Presentation: The Age of The Trialogue—Your Brand, your Customers, and Social Networking
Social Networking and digital innovation have created a new branding and advertising ecosystem. The true impact of digital media is not in finding new ways to connect your brand to Web 2.0-empowered consumers—it's in using your brand to connect those consumers (or people as they prefer to be known) to each other. The age of the Trialogue has arrived and it will be explored by the creator of the Trialogue model, Andrew Walmsely, founder of I-level digital media.

Multi-screen Presence for Operators—Cable, IPTV, Internet, & Mobile—in Support of Brands and Services
Convergence has been a buzzword in the cable industry for years, but at long last it is becoming a reality, due to technical innovations. Most cable operators across Europe offer TV, internet, and fixed-line phone services, while many are also delivering a quad play proposition with mobile offerings. However, triple play and quad play bundles do not fulfill their potential when limited to tactical pricing promotions. To unlock the true value of convergence, operators must integrate the customer experience and product offerings across multiple platforms, and do so before the competition. This session will explore the state of convergence — beyond simple price discounts.
